Important message!

In the compressed two weeks of research I made into understanding part of these Egyptian hieroglyphs, I learned that it took around twenty five years for Jean François Champollion and Thomas Young to decipher most of the Egyptian hieroglyphs thanks to 'The Rosetta stone' so you'll have to excuse myself for any mistakes what I might have written.
I had most fun exploring Egyptian history and I would love to learn more. If you or someone you know has more knowledge of hieroglyphs and can correct the translations I roughly made, I would be most honored to correct it and give credit for your input!

I originally made this drawing for my close friend's birthday, who just recently turned into a brony. Luckily for her, she got into the fandom thanks to Flufflepuff (wish I had that opportunity ) She also has a passion for Egyptian gods, Bastet in particular, so I went and made her a special egyptian birthday drawing.

Halfway in my studies for this drawing, I learned it was Mixermike622's birthday as well. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish in time for HIS birthday, consider this as a 'tip of my non-existent fedora' for such rotflol-tastic effort in maintaining great work on his 'Flufflepuff' tumblr blog!

oh and I would totally love to have the 'pffht' and 'phfft-phfffft' add-on to my tumblr asks, don't you agree it makes it more 'wuv-able'?
